With a background in engineering, Building Associates owner Jack Thompson is also owner of JT Engineering, which developed PULL-TITE, a patented tool designed to facilitate the installation of single-ply roofing.
The PULL-TITE is durable, portable and lightweight. It is built for one-person operation using the knee, foot or hand to mechanically stretch the roofing membrane into place, leaving at least one hand free to attach roofing fasteners or complete hot air seaming.
