Commercial Duro-Last Roof Systems

Duro-Last

Building Associates’ commitment to quality and excellence has always meant completing projects we can be proud to sign our names to.

Quality projects start with quality products, and that’s why we are proud to include Duro-Last roofing solutions in our commercial remodeling projects. Like Building Associates, Duro-Last has offered over 30 years of proven performance when it comes to roof membrane systems.

Duro-Last Product Details

  • Roof membrane thicknesses include 40, 50, and 60 mil
  • Top performance layer is 28 mil over scrim—well ahead of the standards in the industry (not to mention that this puts us ahead of the competition, too)
  • Duro-Last stands out as the only product within the industry offering prefabrication of the entire roofing system
  • All Duro-Last membranes can be customized using the full line of prefabricated Duro-Last accessories
  • Duro-Last single-ply membrane features a backbone of an in-house knit, anti-wicking polyester weft-insertion scrim, and a density of 18 threads per inch. This places it ahead of most competitors and provides the strength and resistance to tears and punctures that is the Duro-Last hallmark.
  • Duro-Last offers an unheard-of warranty: 15 years, including consequential damage coverage for their roofing systems at no additional charge.

Duro-Last Colors

The Duro-Last prefabricated roofing system comes in neutral, warm, and cool color choices that complement a variety of applications and aesthetic considerations. Available colors include white, light gray, dark gray, tan, and terra cotta. All choices are available as bottom colors on the 50-mil thickness, while 40 and 60 mil thicknesses come in white, tan, light gray, and dark gray.

Applications

Many different commercial applications can benefit from Duro-Last Roofing Systems. Warehouses and industrial buildings are common installation sites, as are retail and mixed-use facilities. One special application includes churches, which have unique needs with respect to building shape, multiple buildings per campus, and working around worship schedules.

A different kind of roofing application, hospital use, requires rigorous attention to be paid to preventing contamination of other hospital equipment or space during installation. Because up to 85% of the membrane seaming can be completed in our factory, installation is a breeze, especially with our custom fabricated accessories that are made to work flawlessly with our membranes. This minimizes risk, noise, and inconvenience at the point of installation.

Other roofing options include Duro Fleece Roofing and Duro Tuff Roofing. See the Duro-Last Reference Guide for specifications.
